| The books in The Constant Presence of the Apocalyps
originates from the 20:s and onwards. They all deal with signs of the
times of the second coming of Jesus Christ, and hence also the
judgement day. This creates a paradox. The ever-present topic shows the
recurrence of things, and our timeless fear. The wide range of the books also makes it possible to look at them as a document about Christianity. What do their titles tell us about faith, and about the Swedish Pentecostal movement? |
